Using a metric-driven process, Bob specializes in uncovering the areas of weakness for a brand and then, using strategic acumen and passionate leadership, works with a talented team of people to optimize marketing efforts across all consumer touch-points.  The result is a sustainable proposition that increases conversion at each stage of engagement.
